Note 1: The entry fee must be included with this form $30.00. Entries the day of the derby will be $40.00.
Note 2: Waivers will be available on the grounds and must be signed the day of the derby.
Note 3: ALL pitmen must sign a waiver and pay the Gate fee of $10.00 when entering.
Note 4: Start entering cars at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 17, 2008.
Start entering cars at Noon on Sunday, July 20, 2008.
Note 5: NO CHRYSLER IMPERIALS.
Note 6: NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 16 WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE PIT AREA. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.
