Concessions At the Pope County Fair

The dates of the Pope County Fair for 2008 are July 16th-20th, 2008 in Glenwood, MN 56334.  Our entry day is Tuesday, July15th, 2008.  You may set up at this time if you wish.  The carnival will be setting up on Wednesday, July 16th and all vendors need to be ready to go by 5:00 p.m.  We ask that you be ready at this time also.  The carnival has asked that you do not sell cotton candy, mini doughnuts, funnel cakes, and corn dogs.

The Pope County Fair is a free fair with no charge for admission or parking.

The price for each concession will be $150.00 plus an additional $50.00 if electrical hook-up is needed.

You are responsible for your own insurance, which is required when serving food.  License or permit # must be posted in the concession.  The Health Inspector will request to see license or permit at fair time.

Please fill out the information below and return if you plan on being at our fair by June 1st.  We request that the full payment be made at this time. (If you have not done a concession at the Pope County Fair in the last year please contact Kae prior to sending in registration.  We may already be full on vendor concessions.)

We must also have you fill out the ST19 form, which is mandated by the State of Minnesota please return this form with your registration.
