Vendor info There are limited number of spots for vendors. Booths will be offered to returning vendors first. If there is an extra space available this will be offered to new vendors. You will want to get on the waiting list if you have not exhibited before and would like to get a booth. Every vendor must be set up on Wednesday, August 1st by 5:00 p.m. This is the official start time of the Pope County Fair. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. You may choose to set up on Tuesday, July 31st as well. Exhibit hours will be 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday, 12 noon to 10:00 p.m.Thursday through Saturday, and 12 noon to 4:00 p.m. Sunday. At this time you may begin to break down. Please do not close any earlier than 4 p.m. This will keep you in good standing. If you are not in good standing you may forfeit your booth spot for the next year. No refunds will be made for cancellations after July 16th, 2012.

Indoor vendor space in the Industrial Building Small booth- $85.00 Large booth- $100.00 Electricity is included, but due to the age of the building, electrical capacity may be limited. Outdoor vendor space Minimum of $75.00 for a 12ft booth, plus $3.00 for each additional running foot Self-Contained Concession Stands Base Fee- $200.00 With Electrical, Additional $75.00
In order to exhibit you must fill out the ST-19 form attached HERE.
Deadline to register for a booth is June 1st, 2012. IF YOU ARE CONFIRMED TO EXHIBIT, PLEASE RETURN THE ST-19 FORM AND THE REGISTRATION FORM INCLUDING PAYMENT BY JULY 1ST.

The Pope County Free Fair is sponsored by the Pope County Agricultural Society. Membership is open to anyone for $10.00 share. The board of directors are elected by the ag society shareholders. Meetings are held the 3rd Monday of each month at 7 p.m. year round. During the fall and into the early spring all meetings are conducted at the Lowry American Legion and in the summer months at the Fair Office located on the fairgrounds.
