VENDOR INFORMATION

The Pope County Fair is coming upon us fast.  This year the fair will be from Wednesday, July 16th through Sunday, July 20th, 2008.  Our entry date is Tuesday, July 15th, vendors may choose to set up at this time if they wish.  There are limited number of spots for vendors and it is on a first come first serve basis.  Booth's will be offered to returning vendors first.  If there is an extra space available this will be offered to the vendor.  You will want to get on the waiting list if you have not exhibited before and would like to get a booth. 

Every vendor must be set up by Wednesday, July 15th by 5:00 p.m.  This is the official start time of the Pope County Fair.  NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.  Exhibit hours will be 12 noon to 10:00 p.m., Thursday through Saturday, and 12 noon to 6:00 p.m. Sunday.  At this time you may begin to break down.  Please do not close any earlier than 6 p.m.  This will keep you in good standing.  If you are not in good standing you my forfeit your booth spot for the next year.

No refunds will be made for cancellations after July 1st, 2008. 

In order to exhibit you must fill out the ST-19 form attached HERE.  If you are confirmed to have a booth or have had one in years past please send in the Registration Form, ST-19 Form, with your payment or we will not hold a booth for you!

Deadline to register for a booth is June 15th, 2008.

Space Rental Fees for 2007:

Large Indoor Booth:  10'x12'  $85.00

Small Indoor Booth:  6'x8'  $70.00

Outdoor Space:  $2.00 per running foot ($25.00 minimum charge)
